My experience at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the location is decent considering it’s close to Kerteh's oil and gas hub, the service I received was unsatisfactory, especially during my check-in. The room was adequate, but some aspects of the amenities, like the lack of drinking water in the room, were disappointing. Overall, it felt like the management needed to focus more on enhancing guest comfort and amenities.

This hotel feels like a hidden gem with beautiful surroundings and a private beach, making it peaceful and perfect for families. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and some aspects of service left much to be desired, especially during busy times.
